EEFOTO Personal Name Stamp License

Version: 1.0 

Effective date: [2026. Sep 13]
This license allows one individual or one business to use the purchased EEFOTO name stamp in that user’s own personal or commercial creative work.

In this license, “Artwork” means the EEFOTO name stamp and any digital file included with the purchased product.

This license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Artwork. EEFOTO retains all rights to the original Artwork.

Permitted Uses

The licensed user may use the Artwork on or in:

* Artwork and illustrations

* Comics and manga

* Social media posts

* Websites and blogs

* Videos

* Digital publications

* Personal creative projects

* Commercial creative projects belonging to the licensed user

The licensed user may resize, recolor, rotate, crop, or combine the Artwork with other design elements.

Client and Third-Party Use

This license does not permit use of the Artwork in work created for a client, customer, employer, or other third-party business.

The Artwork may be used by:

* The individual who purchased the license; or

* One business owned or operated by the purchaser

The purchaser may buy the Artwork as a gift for one named individual. Once the gift is given, the recipient becomes the licensed user. The purchaser may not continue using the Artwork unless they obtain a separate license.

The Artwork may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by multiple individuals or businesses.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

- Resell, share, or redistribute the original Artwork file

- Make the Artwork available as a standalone download

- Include the Artwork in an asset pack, stock library, template, brush set, font, design tool, or similar resource

- Sell or distribute the Artwork as an NFT

- Use the Artwork as a trademark, logo, brand mark, or official seal

- Register the Artwork, or a substantially similar version, as a trademark

- Use the Artwork to train, fine-tune, test, or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or system

- Use the Artwork to create a substantially similar replacement asset

- Claim that you created the original Artwork

- Sell the Artwork itself as a digital product, even if modified

- Use the Artwork for client or third-party work without a separate license

- Use the Artwork on physical products or merchandise for resale

License Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. After termination, you must stop using the Artwork and remove it from materials under your control where reasonably possible.

Respectful Use

You may not use the Artwork:

* For unlawful purposes

* In defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content

* In sexually explicit or pornographic content

* To promote violence or serious harm

* In a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Yuka or EEFOTO

* In a way that intentionally damages the reputation of Yuka or EEFOTO

EEFOTO Free Artwork License

Free for commercial creative projects. No resale merchandise or print-on-demand use.

This license allows you to use the free EEFOTO Artwork in finished personal or commercial creative works, subject to the terms below.

In this license, “Artwork” means the EEFOTO digital artwork provided under this license.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Artwork in finished creative works, including:

* Websites and blogs

* Social media posts and advertisements

* Videos and monetized content

* Advertising and marketing materials

* Client projects

* Books, comics, and manga

* Presentations

* Digital publications

* Personal printing and gifts

* Other finished personal or commercial creative works

You may resize, recolor, rotate, crop, or combine the Artwork with text, photographs, illustrations, and other design elements.

The Artwork may be included in branding materials, advertisements, and promotional designs. However, it may not be used as an exclusive logo, registered trademark, or official business mark.

Credit is appreciated but not required.

When reasonably possible, please credit:

* Use the Artwork as an exclusive logo, registered trademark, or official business mark

* Register the Artwork, or a substantially similar version, as a trademark

* Sell or distribute the Artwork as an NFT

* Use the Artwork to train, fine-tune, test, or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or system

* Use the Artwork to create a substantially similar replacement asset

* Claim that you created the original Artwork

* Use the Artwork in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Yuka or EEFOTO

Physical Printing and Merchandise

Printed promotional materials are permitted, including:

* Flyers

* Brochures

* Menus

* Advertisements

The following uses are not permitted when the products are made for resale:

* T-shirts

* Stickers

* Mugs

* Posters

* Tote bags

* Phone cases

* Other physical merchandise

Personal printing and gifts are permitted, provided that the Artwork is not sold separately or used as the main product.

For clarity:

* Allowed: a printed flyer, brochure, menu, or advertisement

* Allowed: a personally printed item or a gift that is not sold

* Not allowed: a T-shirt, sticker, mug, poster, tote bag, or phone case sold to customers

Client Projects

You may use the Artwork in finished work created for a client or customer.

You may deliver the completed work to your client, but you may not provide the original Artwork file as a standalone file or allow the client to extract and reuse it separately.
