11. Rights of the owner of the data and procedures to respond to their exercise - What rights do I have as the owner of the data?

This is a License Agreement between You ("End-user", "Licensee" or "you") and de Colours. Inc (“de Colours," “we,” or “us”) on behalf of the seller (“Creator” or "Seller") as licensor.
License Grant: We grant the End-user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for their personal purposes and Non-commercial use. This license does not transfer ownership of the product and is subject to the following restrictions and limitations.
Prohibition on Commercial Use:
The End-user may not use the digital product for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or incorporating it into a product or service intended for commercial distribution, without obtaining a separate commercial license from de Colours Inc.

The End-user may not do any of the following without the prior written consent of de Colours Inc.
The End-user may not:
- resell, lease, license, sublicense, redistribute, give away or share the “Product” by itself.
- claim the “Product” as your own.
- upload the “Product” where people can download.
- use “Product” to create NFT content.
- use the "Product" for creating AI-generated content or training AI.
- use the “Product” for sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- claim trademark rights or Copyright Ownership
- use or register "Product" as a trademark, logo, or in a similar manner
- print that Product on merchandise or other physical products for sale.
Termination:
Termination: Immediate upon breach. Destroy all copies.
Limitation of Liability:
Capped at purchase price. "As is" – no warranties.
Jurisdiction and Venue:
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the proper court shall be the closest court to our address in Japan.
